Our Technology
The best patient care and safety are our top priorities. We have invested in state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and materials for a better patient experience, the best outcomes possible, and the safest environment possible.
Continuing Education Seminars
To stay current with advances in technology, procedures, and dental science in general, Dr. Schulz and his team attend seminars every year. To be the best that we can be, the lifelong pursuit of knowledge is at the forefront of what we do.
Some technology of note:
- Intraoral Scanner
– eliminates mold trays and goopy materials for impressions and enhances patient comfort. The scanned images it captures are more precise, ensuring better results.
- In-Office Milling of Crowns
– allows for same day results, thus saving our patients time by eliminating the need for a temporary crown.
- CBCT
– provides 360 degree views of your mouth that can be enlarged and viewed from any angle, revealing the minutest details about your mouth.
- Digital Radiography
– an X-ray system that greatly reduces exposure to radiation while providing enhanced images without the need for chemical processing.
- Intraoral Camera
– a computer-assisted device that allows for detailed images of the inside of your mouth from all angles to better detect any dental anomalies in the earliest stage.
- E4D Same-Day Crowns
– a machine that allows us to create a permanent crown in office without the need for messy impression trays of goop or a temporary crown while one is produced in an off-site laboratory.
- T-scanner
– a computerized method for checking the bite force to minimize destructive forces.
- CAESY Cloud
– for patient education, we offer more than 280 presentations featuring 3D animation and full motion video with narration.
- Apex Locator
– measures the exact length of a tooth for patients in need of a root canal. This device eliminates the need for numerous X-rays while saving time and money.
